Iconic 10K races in south Wales
The R4W 10K Series is an exciting series of 10K road races hosted in Cardiff, Newport and Porthcawl, delivered by R4W:

10K Series Bundle Offer
Those interested in entering two or more events in the series can take advantage of our 10K Series Bundle offer, with savings of up to £18 available. A limited number of Bundle tickets are available, on a first-come, first-serve basis and are expected to sell out fast.
A three-event Season Ticket is priced at £78 (an £18 saving) whilst a Two-Event pass is priced at £54 (a £10 saving). Individual event general entries are priced at £32.

*Please note that a small non-refundable admin fee will be charged on top of your registration fee by Let’s Do This, who manage our online registration platform. Multi-event passes are non-transferrable and can only be purchased by individuals.
Other 10K events
At present the Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K and ABP Barry Island 10K cannot be included in the series launch for 2025.
Discussions are ongoing with Cardiff City Council around the feasibility of a 10K route in Cardiff Bay whilst development work takes place in preparation for a new indoor arena and tram line. The Barry Island 10K was last held in 2023 but was placed on pause in 2024 following discussions with the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
If either event is added to the series for 2025 at a later date, participants will be able to access equivalent entry discounts to those being offered for the current 3-event series.

Finishers Items
Finishers items, such as medal and t-shirts will be designed with the series in mind.
A unique set of matching medals, each showcasing one of the iconic landmarks from each running destination will be available at each race – perfect for those looking to challenge themselves to complete all of the races in a single year and collect a worthy memento.
Prize Money
Athletes will be scored using cumulative time from their best three performances. The following overall series prize money will be available:

4th Position – £75
5th Position – £50
