The Brecon Carreg Porthcawl 10K is an exciting race in the town known for surf, sports and coastal walks, and forms part of the R4W 10K Series.

A summertime hotspot for both locals and visitors – Porthcawl is renowned for shining under the sun. The 10K race takes place on closed-roads, taking in a number of landmarks and stunning seaside spots including Rest Bay, Trecco Bay, Coney Bay, the picturesque town centre, historic Grand Pavillion and the iconic Porthcawl Lighthouse.

A host of other sporting activities for families and children are also included in the day’s action – including an electrifying Family Fun Run, giving budding athletes a chance to take their first footsteps into running.
